PRICES, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES: TRAVEL TRAILER RENTAL RATES: (2 night minimum; 3 nights on Holidays)
POP-UP CAMPER RENTAL RATES:
RENTAL SITES: Off site: DJ'S will transport and set up your rental unit at any of the local state, federal, or private parks. Requests for other delivery locations in the surrounding areas will also be considered. (additional shuttle service charges may apply according to mileage) You need to secure your own campsite. The set up/service includes having your unit fully set up, leveled, hooked up and ready for your use! Propane in tanks is included; Water tanks will be full; Electricity will be hooked up and all appliances started, including the air conditioner and hot water heater.
On site: Can't find a site at the State Park? DJ'S RV is also available for use at DJ'S Specialty Resort or DJ'S RV Park. (Add site fee of $18 per night to the price of the RV rental, when parked at DJ'S RV Park or DJ'S Specialty Resort to cover the local campground fees. Set-up and service is FREE on-site!)

5+ night rentals = Year in advance:
2 to 4 night rentals = 90 Day in advance: Reservations for less than 5 nights will be accepted in cooperation with the state park's 90-day policy. Your reservation will be only be accepted 90 days prior to your arrival date, after you obtain your site number. (Payment in full required. See cancellation policy for further details.) Visit the SD State Park website to view the 90-day window calendar for when you may get a campsite reservation with them: http://www.sdgfp.info/Parks/General/ResDatesPrint.pdf (This is the same 90-day calendar schedule for renting RVs from DJ'S for less than 5 nights.)

PROVISIONS:
Coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and a few pots/pans, bowls and utensils, can opener, etc. provided. Dishes and silverware for 6 people included. Bring your own bedding, towels and paper goods, etc. (Picture galleries above, of RV interiors, show the specifics on bed sizes.)
DJ'S sells firewood. If you order in advance from us, we will deliver your RV already conveniently stocked with wood for burning. You may access it from the outside of the RV. Don't forget the matches! $5.00 per cart (= large box) Minimums/Deposits: 2 night minimum rentals; 3 night minimum on holidays. Deposits required. (Cash or a signed credit card authorization is accepted for deposit. RV rental deposit is $500.00. Deposit refunded upon inventory inspection. For cash deposits, DJ'S will mail a check within 5-7 business days following the completion of the rental, unless repairs, cleaning or replacements require more time. Fees will be assessed if necessary cleaning is more than routine and customary, or carpets are excessively dirty. Evidence of smoking or pets will result in an additional cleaning charge, as DJ'S offers non-smoking units only to our clientele.)

Reservations/Cancellations: Reservations: Reservations may be arranged with a credit card, cash or check paid in advance. The full rental amount may be charged at the time of reservation, as a deposit to secure your reservation, unless other details are pre-arranged. In the unforeseen event that something should happen to prevent our RV from usability, we will issue a full refund of your deposit. We reserve the right to cancel availability as necessary, and will notify you of any such action as soon as possible. Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 90 days prior to rental date are subject to a processing fee of 10% of the reservation total, minimum $100.00. For cancellations made 90 days or less prior to rental date, deposits are non-refundable, unless we are able to rent it out to someone else. Only the above mentioned processing fee would then apply. There will be no refunds for early departures. 4 nights, or more, renting the Eagle popup is more economical than renting
a travel trailer for the same amount of time, even when paying the weekly
minimum rate on the popup!
Travel trailers are
equipped with some dishes and appliances.
