Home features: 5 large bedrooms. 3 include 1 queen bed in each; 2 include two single-over-double bunk bed units in each. There is also a queen sofa sleeper and electric fireplace in the living room. Rooms have TVs with Cable. VCR and DVD players are also provided. Beautiful, large kitchen with refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, garbage disposal, microwave and other small appliances. Table service and dinnerware provided. Indoor dining area seats 6-8 comfortably at one time. Additional lower level kitchenette provides microwave, coffee pot, apartment-sized refrigerator, and eating bar with 5 stools. Linen provided. Recreation room has ping-pong and foosball games. 2½ bathrooms (with 3 toilets & vanities, 1 tub/shower and 1 standup shower). Washer and dryer included. Outdoor, private party patio and backyard area includes six patio sets, 3 picnic tables, 3 glider benches, 2 propane grills, campfire area and child's play space!

Reservations: Reservations may be arranged with a credit card, cash or check paid in advance. The full rental amount may be charged at the time of reservation, as a deposit to secure your reservation, unless other details are pre-arranged. In the unforeseen event that something should happen to prevent our homes or facilities from usability, we will issue a full refund of your deposit. We reserve the right to cancel availability as necessary, and will notify you of any such action as soon as possible. Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to rental date are subject to a processing fee of 10% of the reservation total, minimum $25.00. For cancellations made 30 days or less prior to rental date, deposits are non-refundable, unless we are able to rent it out to someone else. Only the above mentioned processing fee would then apply. There will be no refunds for early departures. Deposits: We may ask for cash or a signed credit card authorization in an amount up to $500.00 as a security deposit for your rental. This will be processed at time of check-in. Deposits will be cleared upon inventory inspection. DJ'S will send check by mail within seven business days after rental completion for cash deposits, unless repairs, cleaning or replacements require more time.
