Exceptions:  OPEN regular hours on Sundays for major Holiday weekends.  (Major Holidays include: Memorial Day; Father's Day; Independence Day and Labor Day.)

Also:  If pre-arranged, some rentals may be scheduled by appointment for Sundays.  Please inquire in advance.  Some overnight options may also apply.

LODGING RESERVATIONS:  Please take note of the reservation schedule for the particular lodging unit you are seeking.

Lodging Reservations:  Reservations may be arranged with a credit card, cash or check paid in advance.  The full rental amount may be charged at the time of reservation, as a deposit to secure your reservation, unless other details are pre-arranged.   In the unforeseen event that something should happen to prevent our homes or facilities from usability, we will issue a full refund of your deposit.  We reserve the right to cancel availability as necessary, and will notify you of any such action as soon as possible.  Lodging Cancellations:  Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to rental date are subject to a processing fee of 10% of the reservation total, minimum $25.00. For cancellations made 30 days or less prior to rental date, deposits are non-refundable, unless we are able to rent it out to someone else.  Only the above mentioned processing fee would then apply.   There will be no refunds for early departures.

SPORTS RENTALS, RV RENTALS & RV PARK RESERVATIONS:

SPORTS RENTALS:

JANUARY 2ND:  DJ'S Lodging guests may begin reserving Sports Rentals along with lodging. 

APRIL 1st:  Phone and email lines open up for all other reservations for the current year.

(Payment in full may be requested, 10% non-refundable; See cancellation policy on rental inventory pages for further details.)

 RV RENTALS:     (*This is a New Reservation Schedule for RV Rentals effective for 2010:)

5+ night rentals = Year in advance: GOLD STAR RV RENTAL RESERVATIONS,  (5 nights or more),  MAY BE MADE ANYTIME UP TO 1 YEAR IN ADVANCE!     (10%, or $100 minimum, non-refundable deposit, with payment in full 90 days prior to arrival requested.)

2 to 4 night rentals = 90 Day in advance:  Reservations for less than 5 nights will be accepted in cooperation with the state park's 90-day policy.  Your reservation will be only be accepted 90 days prior to your arrival date, after you obtain your site number. (Payment in full required. See RV Rental page for cancellation policy details.)

RV PARK:

Year in advance:   Resort Season Tenants may reserve the next year in advance anytime during the current year's season. ($100 non-refundable deposit, with payment in full by April 1st requested.)

Short-term stay reservations are not always readily available.  We will accept them within one week of your arrival, when our sites are not already filled with full-season residents.  Payment in full required.  Please feel free to inquire for any exceptions, or potential availabilities.

DJ'S RESORT SEASON:  MAY 1ST TO SEPTEMBER 30TH!

Off-Season Hours:

After Labor Day and before Memorial Day, Sports Rentals will still be open, but by appointment only, as the weather permits.  Call first to be certain, or if you are in the area, feel free to stop by and see what is available.  Many of our activities are still prime in the fall and spring!
