Rental Rates: A 2 night minimum rental is required, 3 night minimum over holidays and/or other specified dates that DJ'S requests. Reservations: Reservations may be arranged with a credit card, cash or check paid in advance. The full rental amount may be charged at the time of reservation, as a deposit to secure your reservation, unless other details are pre-arranged. In the unforeseen event that something should happen to prevent our homes or facilities from usability, we will issue a full refund of your deposit. We reserve the right to cancel availability as necessary, and will notify you of any such action as soon as possible. Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to rental date are subject to a processing fee of 10% of the reservation total, minimum $25.00. For cancellations made 30 days or less prior to rental date, deposits are non-refundable, unless we are able to rent it out to someone else. Only the above mentioned processing fee would then apply. There will be no refunds for early departures. Deposits: We may ask for cash or a signed credit card authorization in an amount up to $500.00 as a security deposit for your rental. This will be processed at time of check-in. Deposits will be cleared upon inventory inspection. DJ'S will send check by mail within seven business days after rental completion for cash deposits, unless repairs, cleaning or replacements require more time.

We
are a park-view Resort! We are not a lake-view Resort. We are
well known for the many conveniences of our location, our close access to the
lakes and Missouri River, and the fantastic amenities which richly surround us!
We
have the closest vacation home rentals in proximity to many of the Lewis & Clark
State Recreation's & Corps of Engineer's Campgrounds! 
Our location has prime access to the Lewis
& Clark Lake Recreation Area. We are only 1/4
mile from the marina and are directly across from Pierson Ranch of the State
Park System, the bike trail, and from the Hatchery & Aquarium. We enjoy
walking distance to convenience stores, hiking & biking trails, and recreation
facilities. Yankton is only a 3 mile drive where you may find all that you
need for your vacation supplies. You may even have pizza delivered right
to your door!
